[Beef] Mexican Flank steak

Ingredients: 900g Stir fry beef strips
60ml cooking oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp crushed oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
  • Mix all ingredients and marinate beef for 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Stir fry beef for between 4-8 minutes depending on how you like it cooked
  • If this spicy steak is a bit to hot for some, tone down the chipotles.
  • Served with salsa and cheese topping with rice, or wrap in soft flour tortillas
