Hi, folks! This is my recepie for chivitos. It's a Uruguayan sandwich that features beefsteak.

So, the ingredients are:

o- 1 beefsteak, must be very thin so you can cut it with your teeth.
o- 1 hamburger bun, or any bread you prefer.
o- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, ham, cheese, bacon, onion, or whatever you wish. I prefer ham, cheese and bacon only. Mozzarella or cheddar are the best cheese.

So, cook the beef on a frying pan, like you would with a beefsteak. Put just a little oil so it doesn't glue to the surface.

When you turn the beefsteak around, put the toppings on it, with the cheese at the top. I also like to toast the bread. And voilá!
