Ingredients:

4 camembert rounds
120g dried cranberries
port
12 sheets Filo pastry
melted butter

Place cranberries in bowl and re-hydrate with port.
Cut a well in the middle of the camembert, reserving top.
Spoon in cranberries and replace top.
Place on center of 3 sheets of phyllo.
Brush edges with melted butter and wrap camembert.
Brush outsides with butter.
Chill until ready to serve.
Heat grill to medium (350 degrees) and grill 12 minutes off heat or until golden brown.

normally for oven purposes, I'd round up to 180C
