[Veg] 2 ways to grill Potatoes

Ingredients: |
1.4kg Yukon Gold potatoes
(or similar starchy potato)
rosemary
basil
zest of 1 lemon
oil
|

Method 1
Parboil potatoes 5 – 8 minutes
Slice in ¼ inch thickness.
Toss with zest, crushed rosemary and basil.
Drizzle with oil and grill 2 – 3 minutes per side or until cooked.
Method 2
Parboil potatoes.
Let cool and cut into wedges.
Drizzle with oil and dip in seasoned spice mix.
Grill 3 – 4 minutes per side or until crisp
