[Beef] Corned Beef Mousse

Ingredients: 1 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
60ml cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
227g cream cheese, softened
200g mayonnaise
tsp curry powder
75g finely chopped onion
75g finely chopped celery
1 can corned beef, finely mashed
  • Sprinkle gelatin over water.
  • Let stand 1 hour.
  • Add soup, cream cheese and curry powder.
  • Heat over low heat until smooth.
  • Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Add mayo, onion and celery.
  • Fold in beef
  • Pour into 6 cup mold and chill at least 1 hour.
