One other bit of info, M3 # 54 was also built by Schnitzer for a Japanese team. As Ian says it was yellow & eventually ended up being used in a Jackie Chan film called Thunderdrivers (?) in which it was fitted with an a large steel tube through the roof in order to place it upside down on top of another car as part of a high speed racing crash scene. It was abandoned in Hong Kong before being unearthed & brought to England.
