ForumNick should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Cars 'practice' and 'qualify' to get grid allocations based on 'fastest' = Grid Pos 1 - '2nd fastest' = Grid Pos 2 - and so-on - to 'slowest' = Grid Pos Last!

And then we're surprised that there's litttle passing????
