To get more backsides on seats it will take a change in advertising strategy to appeal to a new cliental 'newbies'. What about a poster competition for under 16's, could be for the meeting or green issues in racing or design a racing car or anything applicable. Invitations could be sent to schools and a pair of weekend tickets and VIP treatment for the outright winner plus pairs of tickets for the best in each school. Just an idea but I'm sure there are other things that can be done to attract first timers.
