you will not need to do the ards test if you renew licence every 2 or 3 years
it is cheaper to keep yr licence going every seaosn anyway than let it lapse and have to redo part of teh test
series to race in all depends on your budget to buy a car/ or rent a car for the year?
Do you intend to own a car and prep it yourself and transport to events?
i see you live in yorkshire so how far do you intend to travel

Club F3 great cars ( [proper race cars!) £9-35k 3 different clases and some other Libre races you can do with a car as well not as expensive as you may think to run them
