F3 Fan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
If both Manor and Carlin stop F3 Euro Series, no British Teams will be involved in F3 ES anymore and we would be left with:

3 German Teams
3 French Teams
1 Italian Team
1 Austrian (If HBR still participates looking at their end of season)
