Any newly homologated updates to the engine are applied to all of the 03b chassis which, in 2014, is the same as it was in 2013. There is no difference between the two.
The two ARX-03b that ESM run in TUSC doesn't have Drive By Wire(maybe later).
The ARX was born out of the US at the behest of HPD and them alone, no other Honda division has any input nor impact on it.

HPD is only a branch of AHM.The ARX was born out of AHM to promote their Acura brand with HPD running the program and using an Indy V8 that they designed and wasn't going to use because it became a single engine spec series.
