not exactly what you are looking for but below is an auction listing for a 1983 osella. looks like the auction date has just passed but if the lot didnt sell then the auction house might have some details on the seller, a future auction or viewing dates.
its a long shot but in the description it gives the name of the alfa specialist who did the engine rebuild. if you can get in touch with him or his people then they might have some info on any 84s they may have worked on.
