Gerard, think Ovomaltine (think that's the right name). In England it's known as Ovaltine, which I think is similar to Horlicks. I don't drink either but Bauble would probably be an expert.
If you want a nice bedtime drink I suggest hot chocolate with a tot of rum in it. Needs to be dark chocolate (ie Poulain, Gerard). It's a recommendation from a Doctor so can only be good for you!!
