Every driver slowed down. Every driver avoided the tyre.
Some drivers were on lines that avoided the tyre. Some drivers had to swerve at the last moment.
Yet for some reason, you have to point out one driver in particular?
If that doesn't sound like an agenda, then I'm not sure what is.
