The Ciceley and Rowbottom's own posts have referred to drivers, sponsors and BTCC. Even kwik fit have got a mention from them - but not a single word about the car. I would be surprised to see them go down the Civic route. C-Class would seem the obvious choice.

New A Class would be the obvious choice, assuming nimble FWD is the plan.
The C Class road car is an overweight barge. Yes, it's RWD. I get sick of people banging on about RWD advantage. Having a good RWD roadcar prepped by a quality outfit like WSR is an advantage. But describing it as WSR advantage would be more accurate.
