Ta. I wonder if the cell vent filter is getting clogged up with brake dust? That would prevent the bladder collapsing and eventually cause the pump inlet pressure to fall to a point that it stops pumping.
EDIT or there's something hot causing the vent to get pinched, or its in an area of low pressure air over the bodywork, or something equally esoteric...
