Canada - Gilles Villeneuve

Mexico - Hermanos Rodriguez
Spain - Montjuich Park
Germany - Nurburgring (no, not the new one!)
Austria - Osterreichring (rebuild the bloody thing)
Netherlands - Zandvoort
Czech - Brno (it was DESIGNED for F1!!!)
Monaco (just for the history)
They are the 16 countries that deserve races at the moment, and these are the tracks which should be hosting races.
If more than 16 rounds allowed, then add:
Portugal - Estoril (before the rebuild)
Argentina - Buenos Aires (that old long track)
South Africa - Kyalami (again, preferably the old one)

Yeah, but you can pass at Motegi. The old course at Kyalami can never be rebuild, there are office buildings sitting on half of it. That's why I'll never advocate for a South African GP again; They had a track that magnificent and didn't take care of it.
