The level of facilities required is the biggest problem. But since this premise is based on the idea that you're in charge of F1 instead of Max and Bernie, I say too bad to the overprivaledged elite classes if the catering isn't first-rate. It's an auto race, not a huge corporate social event. There shouldn't be walls between the blue-bloods arriving in helicopters, and people tailgaiting in the backs of rusty Ford and Chevy trucks.
Senna12, I think Portland's a nice little track, and it's very well run, being a government-owned operation which actually _makes_ money.
But it's too short for F1 at about 2 miles, minus those retarded Festival Curves.
