BMW had the same problem last year with the Paul Miller M4. I'd guess anyone pursuing a 963 was made keenly aware of the timetable
Plus ANY customer care is ahead of all other GTP regs cars and all Hypercar. If we as fans can't wait, well that's on each one individually.
