Well he hasn't really had to chance to deliver outside of his personal race cars and construction of the few street cars he's going to make have met US approval for production last summer. Having plans to produce is what people have asked of McLaren and Lamborghini for years and he's willing to stick his neck out and give it a whirl. The cars can't appear overnight, they take time and testing.
