It doesn't really says what was the matter. As I understand it Gerrit van Kouwen discovered that Chris Hodgetts - JQF running the Brooklyn RS500 that Hodgetts raced at the time - had been testing the Fina car. Van Kouwen likely felt estranged by the team and considered it a breach of his contract with Jon Q. Fisher, but that is only as I understand the situation.
