Basically I just want to be able to create some of the tracks i've drawn on photoshop, which would not require specific scenary etc, just the actual track layout.

It's not clear if you'll be able to edit individual corners once a track has been generated.
I get the impression it's more of an open road/rally stage creator rather than reproducing an exact design.
