Well - provided you can secure enough track time - you could have two qualifying races with 30 cars each and then an A and B finale where you combine the two top, respectively bottom, halves of the qualifying races. That way each team gets two full races.
You'd probably need to change the points system a bit to make the B-finale relevant for the teams involved while still not allowing them to outscore any teams from the A-finale, but apart from that it should be pretty straightforward.
Or alternative you could simply give the Am-drivers their own races apart from the Silver and Pro/Am guys. ( at least in theory; I'm sure you know about your teams' motivation, Marcel, so it might e.g. be a non-starter because Am-teams are not interested in racing on their own)
