I had much the same thought when I read your post- now I'm confused....
I did briefly wonder if maybe they'd hired Mike Newman's car, which was still in basically the CC Motorsport colours, but a quick check in my race programme confirmed that the Newman car was on the entry list- he finished behind the South Africans in 9th
The race number for the South Africans was 35 by the way- and the race programme lists the entrant as 'Sytner BMW Raacing with GSI', the same as Frank's number 9 car.
