but, as a general guideline
racing on public roads was stopped by law in 1958
because of the De Portage accident during the 1957 Mille Miglia, that killed several spectators
this killed not only the Mille Miglia, but also the Motogiro for motorbikes and the Milano Taranto race, also for motorbikes, all events hugely popular in post war Italy
So, by consequence, any model that debuted after 1957 has zero chance to get into the Mille Miglia.
The only Lotus that can do the Mille Miglia is the Eleven
