BTW, as the article points out,
evenko is the promoter of the Montreal Formula E weekend that is supposed to happen on the last weekend of July 2017 on a downtown street circuit. Coderre had been trying to get a Formula E race for Montreal since at least
May of last year, almost as though he wanted to ensure there would still be some kind of race in the city in anticipation of the possibility of F1 not returning.
