OK, here's my first go:
The thick gray line is the 12" trackline itself, the thin red one is only the centerline of that so it's easier to follow.
It has alternative routes as asked. I tried not to use very tight corners.
There's a bridge - I hope that's not a problem.
I used 4 different radius circles for the main corners:
