So how did Sean Brown get to team up with O'Brien in the Commodore?

Didn't remember that!!

I know he had been a prodsaloon regular for several years that decade, latterly in a Sierra Cosworth.

I'm guessing he fancied a taste of Group A with a view to moving up to join Gravett, Mahoney, Bristow and Smithy, his former RS Cosworth sparring partners in '89?

Mind you funny he should do that in a Holden then!!! Could he have been tempted to buy the car at some stage?

Interesting one as a lot of the other pairings had some kind of link, or had either driven with or against each other at various stages.
