No, neither supplier wants to deal with contracts for oversubscribed grids. It seems both are stretched to their limits filling 33 cars, filling 34 and having one not make the field is not at all what either supplier wants to see. And Marshall and Robin Miller have reported they hear the same every year when it comes to over 33, not happening.
