By coincidence I purchased the July 1981 issue of Racing Car News last Friday. It has an interview with Brocky about his attempt to qualify the 924 at Le Mans with Bondy and Richo.
Apparently they were second reserve and were a chance to start but the car was so bad (mainly gear selection problems) that even if they were given permission to start they probably would have declined the offer!
