I don’t know whether there is a 2004 karting World Champion or not. I don’t know either whether the Formula A WC was contested at the same events as the Formula Super A WC. And I don't know any exact dates.

Can anyone shed more light on the history of the Karting World Championships or guide me to a website with more informations?
