The baron is right. The IRL drivers race side by side and wheel to wheel all day long and aren't allowed any dirty tricks. You pull one and you are out.
Of course, most F-1 fans consider themselves to good to watch an IRL race, so few will understand the Baron's excellent point. F-1 officiating is either corrupt or lame. Probably both.
