The official statement is that the RHD Corvette is not dead but that any GM vehicles sold here in the future will be on a minimal scale compared to the present set up.
So likely just a niche market for some conversions as is the case now but not on the scale that would justify dealerships or motorsport sponsorships.
We will see but it does not look optimistic now no matter how rose-coloured your glasses are.
Looks like a case of glass half empty or glass half full of poison.
