In the distant past the guys used to travel in minibuses.Don't see how they could avoid the 14 day quarantine-so how about a bunch of races in the Schengen area after Silverstone and then flying off to anywhere that doesn't have stringent entry requirements for a few more.
Alternatively,just scrub the season.
