Well, I think Aston have started too many projects in the last two years and the DTM will be the one to suffer.
The new Vantage GTE and GT3 came, and they have factory backed projects even in the IMSA and Japan. Then they started the DTM project and building the hypercars, where rumours say, that will be four of those, which is a really big project on the scale of the brand. And to put the cherry on the cream, they announced their make series for Europe.

Ok, I know that the cars are run by different teams (Prodrive, AF, R Motorsport etc.) but having so many programs for a relatively small manufacturer like Aston Martin will be really hard to maintain, and to be competetive in the same time.
