Yes, the TV deal is based on minimum of 12 rounds. Other stipulations are 3 in NSW. (that latter aspect may be questionable via force majeure?
Plus also many of the major sponsors will have a minimum number of rounds stipulated (opportunities to see their brand featured reasons)
