I always thought the MP42 Pilbeam was a ground effect F2 car, driven by Patrick Neve on the circuits. IIRC Martyn Griffiths then bought it and ran it on the hills.

Is it that the same car now running a Sports Car body?
Im not being picky, just interested.
( I used to run the hills in Clubmans (1600 and then 1700cc A class) cars back in the 70's and early 80's before I moved to Aus. I used to love Loton and was a Hagley Club member. My favourite hill.)
