Jamie barely managed to race in 2018 so I very much doubt he has the budget needed for the BTCC.
Not sure whether it's a good thing or a bad thing but there are certainly more drivers interested than they are seats avaliable. As someone mentioned, it looks like a lot of big names will be missing this year.
