Well seems this one was missed. The Formula Renault Eurocup started off for what could be a fascinating season in 2020. Alex Quinn and a wild Franco Colapinto were right at the front of the field, but they look unlikely to be competing for the full season. Ciao Collet scored his first win, Victor Martins has returned to one-up his positions last year and score the title, and those two might well be the two to watch. Lorenzo Colombo returned for what would have been a title fight, but had a miserable weekend with no points. All in all things are looking good for this series, and the next races will at Imola will surely have things fall into place a bit more.
Franco Colapinto is expected to drive the full season with Bullet Sports Management support. He had a great summer at TGR and in this first race of the season he was aggressive to the limit without crossing it for a double podium.
Victor Martins with his experience and team looks like the biggest candidate for sure.
