In the old CART days the attitude was the world was mine, only the sky was the limit and look at what they achieved in 15 years from 1980 to 1995. It's time for new blood and a new energy with new ideas.

But for 12 of those years there was millions of sponsor dollars to burn and tobacco money, now not so much. That money was long since sent elsewhere and well you see how that series went so maybe not the best ideas
