Whether Webber could have done better than Webber? Of course he could - and so could all of the drivers. None of them were perfect.

Whether Webber could have done better than Nick? Well, as I've been trying to point out, he did at least as well as him. Any "opportunities" Webber had were those he earned for himself - or did Webber routinely secrete bricks in Heidfeld's car during qualifying?
