I use a plastic material for signmaking called Foamulux for door cars, very easy to work with and can be heat bent or an aluminium composite like Dibond is also good. Stick with the Dunlops if they are in within your budget but the option is there to run a List 1a but I doubt you would get an advantage probably a tad worse but a lot cheaper and that was the thinking behind it all. You dont need headlining.
