If Triple 8 still win, a control damper, spring and roll bars.
If Triple 8 still win, the top 3 in each session have to publish their set-ups, for tail end teams to take into consideration.
If Triple 8 still win then the top 5-10 get ballast as trophy.
That ought to reduce costs or at least make the tail enders quicker.
