Not a wheelchair user myself, but my late wife was.
Agree with the comment above about Silverstone, and I think Snetterton has a wheelchair accessible viewing area by the Russell chicane. Also, every 4th picnic table outside Tyrells restuarent and in the grassed areas in the paddock is wheelchair friendly
