Vips was faster than Ticktum for the back end of the season, and he may well have finished ahead of him in the standings if not for Ralf Aron's antics. He appears to be one immense talent, arguably the most organic in the field given the bizarre nature of the Prema drivers' seasons. I also believe what he says about race 3!
