To confirm, the 163.2750 & 158.7750 pair are specific to BGT.
166.4000 & 171.2000 is a common allocation for many tracks for various uses.
There are two different frequencies listed - the first is the Receive frequency for the handhelds (ie the Radio Repeater output). The second is the Transmit Frequency for the handhelds (the input to the repeater). If you're using a scanner, the Repeater output (ie 163.275) will usually be the best/strongest signal.

Spot on Greem, albeit MRTC have made a bit of an error by allocating one of the HHC Motorsports channels to 158.775 as well. They're on a different DCS tone to you, but they'd be better off on a different frequency altogether.
