Because I know the place, it was easy to navigate. I had three tickets, general entree, paddock and infield parking. I read where to enter/park and drove up to MMarena to acces the track inside. Easy acces and friendly people.
Programs were hard to come by and indeed only in the entree area's.
Most of the races look more like parades. BUT wathing all that old stuff on track is fun. Don't expect a race.
There are dozens of shops, great if you like shopping car stuff.
Thousants of beautiful spectators cars parked inside the circuit.
With paddock passes ( only €35 I beleive) acces to all the race cars and their fantastic owners.
It is nothing like the LM24 race, so don't expect that.
To me it was more like a giant Cars and Coffee, and I liked it.
Camping wise I can't comment because I was in a little chateau one hour away from LM, wich is to far...
To bad is was so hot, and yes, I have to agree, shade was hard to find.
Would I come back, YES.
