The Miller family chose not to renew it's lease with Tooele County, after which the county agreed to sell the property to the Mitime Investment & Development Group, which planned to rename the facility Utah Motorsports Campus.

There is an ongoing lawsuit about the sale, but in the interim, Mitime is operating the facility under the UMC title.
