The committee in Belgium will sit around for several days eating chocolate drinking beer and after 3 days they will have been unable to agree what language to hold the discussions in so agree to meet again as soon as they have spend the expenses they managed to agree in the first meeting, the next meeting will of course be held in the Seychelles to get round the social distancing problems they had with the first meeting, of course to ensure that those attending the meeting will not have their families put at a disadvantage it was agreed no more than 15 members of each attendees families would qualify to fly out and stay in the seychelles with them during the 2 weeks of further discussions.
