That possible , becoz Team MUGEN also has RED BULL livery in SF. While RED BULL F1 also using Honda engine so its logically that Honda using RED BULL livery.
Speaking about Keeper Red Bull livery , they (Hirakawa and Cassidy) are both Red Bull sponsored athletes.
